Use MindArc for play and practice.

MindArc is a public, evolving service. You can continue to play while we improve features, fix bugs and adjust the experience. Please review these terms before playing or purchasing Premium.

What the service is

MindArc provides interactive games, Daily challenges, adaptive Practice, progress views, recommendations and friend challenges. Features may change as the product develops, and availability can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or third-party services.

No medical or high-stakes use

MindArc is not medical software and does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, IQ score or professional advice. Do not use MindArc scores or recommendations as the basis for medical, educational, employment, credit, insurance or other high-stakes decisions.

Fair use

Do not abuse automated requests, interfere with the service, attempt to access another player’s private data, bypass purchase or access controls, manipulate payment flows, or use friend-challenge features to harass others. MindArc may limit or block abusive traffic to protect the service.

Your account and progress

You are responsible for access to the account or browser session you use with MindArc. Guest progress can depend on the browser cookie remaining available. Signed-in progress depends on the platform account used to authenticate.

Premium and purchases

Daily challenges remain free. Premium unlocks unlimited Practice, replays, Coach workouts and additional training modes. On MindArc sites where checkout is enabled, recurring Premium plans cost CA$5.99 monthly or CA$39.99 annually, before any taxes displayed at checkout. The selected plan renews automatically unless canceled. Stripe checkout confirms the final price and billing interval before purchase. You must sign in to buy or restore Premium.

Cancellation and payment problems

To cancel, open Premium → Manage billing while signed in. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until that date unless a payment dispute or other issue requires earlier suspension. A canceled subscription does not renew. An unpaid subscription can lose Premium access after payment retries. Canceling does not automatically refund earlier charges; applicable consumer rights still apply.

Refunds and support

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a past subscription payment. To request a refund, report billing problems, or get account support, email support@playmindarc.com. Requests are reviewed based on their circumstances, payment status and applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Friend challenges

Only share challenge links with people you intend to invite. Anyone who receives a valid challenge link may be able to load the shared challenge data needed to play that matchup.

Changes

MindArc may update these terms when the service or its business model changes. A new updated date will be shown on this page when that happens.
